How To Return An Item

If check out in ‘Account’:
1.) SIGN IN to Account (top Right of Homepage)
2.) Under ‘MY ACCOUNT’ Menu, select ‘MY RETURNS’ Tab
3.) RETURN REQUEST - select correct Order # from dropdown menu. Once correct ORDER SELECTED, click ‘RETURN’.
4.) COMPLETE ‘NEW RETURN’ Order info under ‘ITEMS DETAILS’
5.) Submit ‘NEW RETURN’ Request
6.) Heated Wear team receives & confirms Return Request
7.) Receive RETURN CONFIRMATION email from customerservice@heatedwear.com
8.) Print ‘RETURN LABEL’ - Return details & shipping address included

9.) Visit local UPS & SHIP package, making sure to PLACE RETURN LABEL in package
10.) Once package received; Heated Wear ISSUES REFUND

If check out as ‘Guest’:
1.) At bottom of Homepage, select ‘CHECK ORDER STATUS
2.) Update ORDER INFORMATION & select CONTINUE
3.) Begin RETURN REQUEST
4.) Follow steps 4.)-10.) above

Return Exceptions
--Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchanges
--If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color.

*For returns & exchanges, customer is responsible to pay shipping to return the product to Heated Wear LLC.
